The Bays are where the party starts. These semi-private, stacked hitting bays are powered by ball-tracking tech that turns every swing into a game — whether you’re aiming for high scores or just swinging for fun. Perfect for groups, date nights, birthdays, or after-work hangs, The Bays are built for good times, not scorecards. Order food and drinks right to your bay from our on-site restaurant, crank the tunes, and get swinging — no gear or golf experience required. Grab your crew, fire up a game, and order food and drinks straight to your bay. It’s part party, part golf, and all good vibes.

Don’t get stuck in the rough! Book your bay online here. Walk-ups are welcome if space allows, but reserving online is the surest way to secure your spot.

We recommend reserving at least two hours—enough time to swing, laugh, and maybe even “par-tee” a little.

Each bay is set-up for a maximum of 6 golfers; we recommend 4 golfers per bay for the best pace of play. We do have a select few bays that can hold up to 8 people total if you have spectators. Need more space? Multiple bays can be booked next to each other for larger parties. Just let us know your total “crew” when reserving.

Bays on the lower level are fully accessible, with two bays featuring ADA Accessible seating. When you go to reserve, right under date/time, you’ll see “Package.” When you click that, you can select Lower Level Bay and Lower Level Bay, ADA- Accessible Seating.

Clubs are provided at each bay, so you can just bring your game face! Please do not bring your own balls—we’ve got plenty ready for you to keep your shots “on par.”

Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed, but no need to “slice” your appetite! Fairways delivers food and drinks right to your bay, so you can snack and sip while keeping your eyes on the target.

Check in at Fairways before heading to your bay. Our Customer Ambassadors will help get you set up so you can start swinging and having fun right away!

Fore-sure! The Bays are a hole-in-one for families, friends, or coworkers looking to have fun together. Whether you’re a mini-pro or just here to swing for laughs, everyone can join in the action. Please note, children under 12 must remain with an adult at all times.

Not at this time. The Bays are all about fun, practice, and friendly competition—so grab a club, aim high, and enjoy!

The Bays will be open on these holidays, with a $40/hour rate:

The facility will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.

Shoes are required. If you choose to wear golf shoes, no metal spikes. Please prioritize shoes that allow for comfortable, safe play – it is tricky to hit a golf ball in heels!

The cost for your bay reservation is by the hour, not by game. Your reservation will start and stop at your reserved time, regardless of where you are in your game. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you must do so 24 hours before your reservation time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation.

While the facility is open all year with its overhead fans and heaters, the facility may close for extreme weather. In that case, all existing bookings will be emailed and refunded, and an alert will be placed on the Golf Learning Center Facebook page.

The Bays Rules:

One swinger per bay at a time.
Stay behind the red line when you’re not hitting.
No horseplay, running, or club tossing.
Kids under 12 must stay with an adult.
Range balls only – no personal balls.
Please don’t go onto the range.
If something breaks, let staff know.
No outside food or drinks – grab a bite at Fairways!
Be gentle with the screens and sensors.
Don’t cover, tap, or move the equipment.
Report any tech issues to staff.
Respect your neighbors and keep it friendly.
Watch your language and volume.
Unsafe or disrespectful behavior = game over.
You play at your own risk.
We’re not responsible for lost or damaged stuff.
Players are responsible for any damage they cause.

Please note, the GLC is a PPD Facility. The Peoria Park District Board of Trustees approves a Conduct Ordinance that sets the rules for use of our parks and facilities.
